Dr. R. Mervyn Letts, M.D., FRCSC, is an Orthopaedic Surgeon who in 1966-67 was a Medical Officer in the RCAF posted to the United Nations Emergency Force in the Sinai from a surgical residency at the National Defence Medical Centre in Ottawa in the run-up year to the Six Day War.
